Ed Taylor is an innovative educator with experiences ranging from the administration of secondary staff and students at the middle and high school levels to Career and Technology and post-secondary education. He plans to leverage his thirty years as a resident in Norman with his experiences in sales, finance and administering nonprofit organizations to impact more middle school students in Norman while continuing to raise the experiential bar of excellence at Loveworks Leadership. Before accepting the Executive Director position, he was most recently the Head of School at Victory Family School. Ed has experienced many successes as an educator seeking creative ways to connect with students and motivate them to produce real-world products within their most passionate areas of study.

Carolyn is the resident botanist at Loveworks! She first got involved with Loveworks as a college volunteer, expecting just to tutor students. Her passion to see young teens discover their potential and live into their dreams was soon reignited, and she found herself more at Loveworks than in the pharmaceutical lab that she researched in. She traded in her lab coat and hasn’t looked back since! She’s a big foodie and loves music, so you’ll typically see her brunching on the weekends or at concerts big and small.
